Initially, all AI functionality in Monitor ERP is available at no additional cost. Going forward, you will still be able to use MAiA to get help with features and ways of working in Monitor ERP at no additional cost. Features based on your company’s own data, analytics, and other advanced AI functionality will be included in a paid tier. We will provide plenty of notice before any changes take effect.
Will AI in Monitor ERP work in all countries?
Yes, AI in Monitor ERP works in all countries and supports multiple languages. Initially, however, the service will not be available in China. It will be available in all other countries.
Where can I access AI in Monitor ERP?
AI features in Monitor ERP are available in the web client, which is included when you purchase any of our Monitor ERP pricing packages.
How do I get started with AI in Monitor ERP as an existing customer?
AI functionality is being gradually rolled out to existing customers during the autumn. Please note that AI in Monitor ERP requires you to use the web client and to have migrated to PostgreSQL.
